New all time low following a night of testing PRs with my lifting. Very excited!

PRs

Squats - 145
Dead lifts - 195
Bench - 95

Definitely was hoping for better numbers, but I can literally only go up from here!

146.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
