I'm fluctuating I can only think its life depression which has hit me hard lately and lack of exercise - got 3 real rough issues going at once trying not to stress

hang in there. what i know, from my experience, exercise always helps with serotonin levels and depression. the more i do, even if i have to force myself to do it, the better i feel and am more equipped to handle tough stuff. good support here.
