I'm feeling fed up of dieting now and seriously need some support.
274.9 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 65.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

Hang in there. You might not be seeing the results as rapidly as you would like, but you're still loosing. Keep up the good work and it will pay off.

Over the long run you have really been quite successful - don't despair. Have you tried consulting the recipe section to give yourself a change of pace? One of the mantras that I tell myself is: It is easier to stay on (your diet) than to get on (start back after you have been off).

You have to look at it as a lifestyle change, your body will take some time to catch up with those changes. Try to focus on feeling better and the weight loss will come, it just takes lots of patience. Hang in there, you can do it.
