back in the saddle and trying to nip my weight gain over the summer months in the bud. I've enjoyed LOTS of eating and drinking and have slacked off in my exercise. In addition to that I have been COMPLETELY ABSENT from these pages and from the dedication of tracking food and exercise which for me is an indicator that I just don't care and want not to be held accountable. I guess a break is ok... but for me it's never really healthy because it leads to the same yo yo weight gain that I've experienced ALL of my adult life. I want to get back down to 140 and stay there. Please.
