I have Covid.🙄🤧😩😷😴🤒 Today is my 4th day. Runny nose, throat hurts, congested, plugged up ears. Tired. A bit better than yesterday.

158.0 lb Lost so far: 72.0 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.4 lb a week
