I ate three meatless meatballs yesterday, with flour included in the ingredients that i haven't logged. Otherwise i was spot on yesterday with by intake.
I cooked a roast chicken, two intact, stuffed with Rice, but managed to not pick anything at all!
Certainly wouldn't have been able to do that six months ago.
