this is what happens when I don't track. been way off since Friday, kids and I have horrible cold, no sleep, ate burger King, chick fila, nachos at ball park, everything and no working out. I look puffy and gross and feel nasty
164.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
