I'm very proud of myself for not giving up this week. I have hit a plateau and it was very challenging emotionnally to stick to the plan and keep up the motivation but I did it! I lost a bit of weight and I just hope it will continue that way so that I can reach my goal of being at a healthy weight in the fall!
155.8 lb Lost so far: 37.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well your down to 154 now.. that's awesome! Also, I wonder if you are already close to your ideal weight and perhaps that's why it is coming off slowly? How tall are you?
