Measurement day! This is my 5 month anniversary since starting this transformation.

I've been on a diet break, or as Chris Powell puts it, I've been slingshotting. I was STUCK! So, I went on the premise that my body had adapted to the calories and activity I was doing and shook up my calorie intake to reset my body. It looks like it's working since I'm at a new low today. Now to start Atkins induction again and see if the pounds will continue to come off. I've got my first 5K run in 2 weeks. I'm able to cover the distance but I still need at least one walk interval in the middle. I think I can improve this in the next 2 weeks.
