I weighed in this morning and there was a slight flucuation upwards. Most likely because I had some soy sauce last night - that tends to make me spike up slightly from the salt. no biggie.
About an hour after weighing in lets just say that my system got cleaned out a bit. So I expect that there was some extra weight as well from the stomach issues i've been having.
So nothing to panic about... lets see how tomorrow goes :)
