genau an der Grenze der Kalorienvorgabe gewesen (Wochentagesdurchschnitt), u. trorzdem nichtscabgenommen, sondern 100 Gr. zugenommen.
192.2 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

oh sorry for writing not in english. i forgot. here in english: Despite staying exactly on the weekly average at the calorie target, I gained 100 grams instead of losing weight.
