Yet another day that I MUST remember to have some broth! It was already 85 degrees and humid at 10:30 this morning. Got my 3.3 mile walk in, but doggies only got 1.5. The dogs, however, got to frolic in the pool, so they didn't miss that extra distance anyway.
It's now too hot and uncomfortable to do much outside, so I may go shopping at a few stores later this afternoon. Just a quiet day with the usual amount of chores to do.
Enjoy the weekend, everyone.

Hey Sandy - have missed chatting with you, and hope you are well. Got out and did 2 miles early this morning - instead of dancing. Totally enjoying the great outdoors on these especially nice days here in New England. It makes the 3 feet of snow a distant memory! :)

I've been wondering if you let those doggies in the pool. You do have a big heart.

Bren & GG-Girl, I may be in there in another day or two if the weather holds...we're pushing 83 degrees for a water temp! And actually, if I dive under the water, usually my Lab wants to come in and "save" me! LOL! Can't swim laps with her by the pool but once she's in, she will swim alongside of me ( a MAJOR source of irritation for my Collie boy)!

Paula, at least all your cold weather and snow kills off most of the bugs and creepy crawlies. They just get bigger down here. Have an enjoyable weekend in that nicer weather.

Oh, BuffyBear, you have no idea. The pool at the previous house was designed with our dogs in mind. We figured our Lab gal would be a swimmer, as she used to come home after a walk and try to cool off by swishing her muzzle all around in her water bowl! She got cooled down, but it made a HUGE mess! It's actually less mess letting her jump in the pool.
