Yay!!! 6 days and 7 lbs. Too bad I know this won't last AT ALL! LOL

Knowing that I am a serious emotional eater, I have started asking myself "Are you hungry? Or are you _____ (fill in the blank w/the appropriate emotion). For the first time in my adult life, I am realizing that I am not truly hungry all that often. I think this is what is helping me!!!
253.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 123.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
