The balance of the egg diet was 1.5kg in 5 days.
I think it's fair! I love eggs and I'm kind of lazy to cook elaborate foods just for myself. So it wasn't a sacrifice. I got on the tracks and I don't want to leave. Even though life has its surprises, controlling what I can feels really good.
I will continue with the keto. Today I will include the meats.
I will also try to have dinner a little earlier to increase the fast to 18 hours.
Morning routine: water, energetic shot and black coffee.
A brand new week ahead! ✨💪🏻
