Started training with a personal trainer at GoodLife today. I feel pretty good -- my chemo drugs are wreaking havoc on my body, but as I keep saying, "I'm sick, not dead." I am focusing on maintaining what little strength I have, and am trying to celebrate the baby steps ... but it's mentally challenging when physically I can't do even a quarter of what I could do 3 months ago.
