Week 12 day 1 - was going to have a rest day but i decided to go for the last 5 workouts with no rest day in between.....I'll have plenty of time to rest on my way to China on Monday! I'm so glad i'm seeing this through to the end....you see, I've always struggled when I am closer to the finish line...instead of picking up the pace, I slow down because i am nearly there! This time I want to make sure about finishing the workouts so that gives 12 weeks accountability....as regards to weight, i guess i could do better effort especially these next 5 days but I am so stressed out with finishing off all the work before Friday, I've had some slippin' and slidin' eating wise. However i am very happy with the bodywork though i think i had a flatter tummy around week 9 then I am feeling today. Pity we women have to go through changes during a month so we have to forgive ourselves at times,I am definitely more forgiving as i have seen myself evolve through these 12 weeks. I would say I like my shape better now than when I was skinnier!I still need to work on some parts but that will be the next challenge!
