one of these days I'm gonna get off of the 230's. I'm just trying to work on a few pounds at a time. It's hard for me I have had RAI so thyroid doesn't work at all
230.6 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 50.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
