I am so sick of being in this plateau. 😒 Guess I just have to be patient and ride it out. I am not a patient person but I may as well suck it up. 😮‍💨

187.2 lb Lost so far: 137.8 lb. Still to go: 37.2 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Hang in there DJ. Being patient with plateau is very important. I know. The last time I didn't, I gain all 100lbs back and more. auch.😅
