Good morning everyone! Today I reached my weight goal for the first year of the diet. I am really happy! My next goal is to lose the remaining weight and be able to maintain a balance even without counting calories. I can do it💪! In the meantime, I wish everyone a great summer ☀️
142.9 lb Lost so far: 66.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
