Well, the scale is stuck again, but the inches are coming off so I will keep practicing patience. I am on week 2 of the couch to 5K program with a 5K scheduled October 11th. I also started a yoga class this week. The shock of the activity is probably what has my body holding onto the weight. We'll see where I am next week. :)

Measurement day!
Forearms: 7 3/4"
Biceps: 12 1/2"
chest: 38"
waist: 36 1/2"
hips: 46 1/4"
thighs: 22"
calves 15"
228.6 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 68.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

Inches are great! Keeping that muscle tone, but still losing the fat. :)
