Week 11 Day 1! i am now in my final 2 weeks of this personal challenge! I have never committed to 12 weeks at a stretch but it has helped me focus. I may not get 1st prize (highly unlikely i will lose 4 kilos in 2 weeks)but i will qualify for 2nd prize if I complete the full program (I will take credit for that) and will get third prize if i gain weight not lose it in the last 2 weeks.
I have bought the last Zumba workout complete with riser to give a boost to what i am already doing. will try it out this weekend!I know i have come a long way and i did get a couple of good comments this morning at gym because although i have not lost much in weight and still far away from my goal weight, I have toned down my butt and tummy, i have visible arm definition which looks good with sleeveless clothing and my waist has gone in. Still have to firm up the tummy pooch and i'm hoping i can see results in that area. Last night i was stretching my abs in my sleep, they felt so tight...I thought i would get cramp. It's more visual displacement of what i had, i guess! Oh yes, i am working hard and eating my own diet...and it's paying off! now to focus on the last 10 days of training before i fly out for my China vacation....Focus Jen focus!
