Maintenance weight and not surprised after cake tasting, popcorn, whispers and kfc over the weekend.
Waist down from 77cm to 73cm though
153.2 lb Lost so far: 23.1 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
