during this period I am always away from home and counting calories is difficult (in fact I rarely open this app). But somehow I managed to lose weight. Maybe am I really changing my eating habits?
143.5 lb Lost so far: 65.9 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
