Played one day of our 2 day club golf championship. Did ok, now I hope to hang in there and possibly even win the darn thing. Sticking to my diet has been good so far but heading out to dins at friends' tonight so will likely be challenged. I intend to stick to my guns as my 150 target is in sight!!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
