115 by my birthday in September!!!! I shall do it ! I’m so sick of myself !! I have to stop wishing (aka gobbling up fries and Swiss cake rolls) and just freaking accomplish this goal !

134.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 19.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 0.1 lb a week
