Gained 7 lbs! 🙄 Need to get back on track! No more beer or fried heavy food. Must start my exercise regimen today. Need to lose these carb/alcohol lbs!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.9 lb a week
