actually quite happy with that as I haven't been counting calories this past week and have had quite a few drinks throughout the week and not been on as many walks as I would have liked. I honestly thought I would have stayed the same at best but I'm quite happy with that. slow is the best way then it's easier to keep off 😁😁
151.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
