For this result I have to thank my short trip to Tuscany. Two days of non-stop walking. my goal for next week will be not to gain weight. I can do it 💪 Good morning everyone ☀️!
145.7 lb Lost so far: 63.7 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
