Back on low carb, give or take wine and an occasional strip of chocolate, so averaging around 50g carbs daily on a very sedentary lifestyle. The weight loss may be a lot slower than keto but I feel more in control being able to eat something off-grid without it doing in my head.
Every day is a balancing act, physically and emotionally, and I'm working on it.
