My plan is to only weigh once each week. Since I began on Friday, July 13, my weigh-in day will be Friday morning when I first get up in the morning.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

good luck for some reason every time i go to the bathroom i end up weighing myself just to make sure im not gaining i wish i could quit doing that

it's a real temptation for me too, to weigh every morning, but I've done that in the past and become very discouraged when I haven't lost weight, or heaven forbid, gained some! Personally, I've used that as an excuse to eat (which I really wanted to do anyway). This time around I'm trying to really do things differently. I already know what doesn't work for me.
