Hi everyone …. Hope ur keeping well need advice pollen count high since yesterday my asthma is very bad the worst it’s been for years taking cortisone ( was against it) but if one is gasping for air then so be it any home remedies or suggestions are welcome xx
137.1 lb Lost so far: 50.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Hekmat for the suggestion will look into it I found that doubling my dose of vitamin C & Zinc has helped recently…good luck with your fasting a bit too aggressive of an approach to weight loss whatever works for u take care
