Had acupuncture at 1:30pm, then stopped at Whole Foods. It was nice out but very windy. Steps 1538 for 38 minutes, burning 300 calories (7:45 minute cool down).
144.4 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
