Wow! I thought for sure the scale would have went up! Yesterday my appetite was out of control. Which is also prob a good sign because I’m recovering from the flu (mild case). I guess my body needed the extra calories.
186.6 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
