From 84 kg or 185.2 lb last Monday morning to 81.6 kg or 179.9 lb this morning is a good result, especially considering my extremely sedentary lifestyle. Thank you Lillie Ross soup diet. Now for a week of practical eating (and a glass of wine with dinner tonight).
