udah mulai kumpul2 klrg, ga masukin ke fs yg dimakan ap aja. cm berusaha buah sayuran dan protein. ttp konsisten gerak2 20-30 menit sesempatnya.
101.4 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
