I don't want to post it, but it's true.
Lately I have been holding on feelings that crave comfort and my calories are noticably off track.
This weekend is the transition into May and I have been holding myself back, just in time for summer? No, it's accountability time!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
