Ok, so I went on a cruise last week and thought I gained a bunch of weight because I was eating a little more than I normally do, still exercising (went to the gym on the ship 4 times) and I’m actually surprised I didn’t gain more. However, the struggle is real as all of you know. I’m just going to keep at it.
227.3 lb Lost so far: 32.7 lb.    Still to go: 17.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
