I don't believe it! The weight dropped despite the lunches and dinners of this period. Maybe I'm starting to understand how much I can eat and what's good for me🤞
152.1 lb Lost so far: 57.3 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
