Yahoo! 🌼🌺🌸 Having full lunches, yet just a little popcorn at night, plus getting in a few steps. Trying to walk after work, was interested in a show about stairs, it’s a multi-step program.🙃 Hopefully, camping this weekend, I will be more active. My doctor suggested yoga to reduce stress. I told her that sounded like a stretch.😆 Have a Tremendous Thursday!🌺☀️ The subconscious mind does exactly what the conscious mind tells it to do, mine finally started listening!😊
