Here we go again ... 193 lbs (up 2 lbs since my last weigh-in a week ago). Analysis: Too much salads/veggie and not enough protein/fats. Not enough water. Not enough physical activity. These week long workshops are a killer! I don't have the option to bring my own lunch because they do not have refrigerators, etc. I have to find a solution because these workshops will be ongoing at least every month for the next several months. It is so easy to get off track when you are not consistently tracking ... you see how it is!!!???
I will not let this derail me!!!! I am still a work in progress and I have worked too hard to get to this point. I will not go down with this ship! ROAR!!!!

Like a see saw ..... no workshops this week so I had more control over my lunch and I saw a drop in weight .. my lowest so far. We can do it and we will do it! ROAR!!!
