fat 40.6% weighing in after trip to Sorrento, Amalfi, Pompeii, Positano, Capri and Napoli. ouch! walked over 20k steps everyday but had pizza, gelato, gnocchi and cuoppa veggies fried 😊I had to taste Napoli! today to go back on track😊wine and beer or prosecco with food, water in between. breakfast was ample.
