Had 2 days of eating just whatever... Yesterday my intake was just under 700 cals so I'm sure that brought the number down significantly. I'm hungry and going to have my morning coffee now, then breakfast. It helps me so much to have my meals logged ahead of time 👌🏼
123.9 lb Lost so far: 46.7 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah luckily I don't let it get to me. After a year on this journey I've learned to simply move on 🙂 seeing as I'm a pro at getting back to where I want to be 😄😜 it's all about give and take 👌🏼
