Week 5 day 4 - shoulders and back workout....end of the week and feeling it! I had high energy levels throughout this week and today i hit a wall. the minute i close my front door, i wanted to go back in and yet i dragged myself to the gym. Got there, could no face my workout and instead put some favourite music from my ipod and worked freestyle...after 45 minutes felt warmed up to my workout and enjoyed every minute of it. Well tonight it's party time, hubby and me celebrating 25th anniversary over a private dinner for 2 at a restaurant. So hoping to make some right choices but definitely toasting some vino :)!
