all you can eat Chinese, roast dinners bread bread and bread full english breakfast x 2 , loads of wine and vodka, plus all the snacks in between a good holiday for the 6 days I was away I'm sooo pleased with the weight !I gained with what I been eating and drinking !
BAck to the cutting back again ! ready for next time in 8 weeks time! bring it on!
135.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
