This is what I weighed on the GPs scale in jeans and shoes when I went last Monday. (It’s now Saturday). I started a new medication Ozempic on Tuesday, and it’s been great. It takes away my appetite completely but I don’t feel weak or tired. My fitness passport has arrived in the mail so I can start going to the gym.

Still to go: 55.8 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
