I haven't really been sticking to my diet this past week. I've been busy and tired and didn't have any pre-made food in the house so we would go out. Well now that's behind me and I'm not going to use that excuse any more. I haven't worked out other than yard work and swimming, but I did do two miles this week! So that's 6 towards the 75 in 31. I also lost a pound despite all the junk food so that's 1 out of 5 for this month. I'm feeling very great about myself.
