Yesterday’s Reuben sandwich:
Corn beef 1/2 slice
1/2 slice Baby Swiss
1/4 sauerkraut well drained
Russian dressing 1T
On Rye bread.
I follow portion control! Enjoy!

Today: French toast and Bacon with 1T maple syrup
167.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
