I had a blueberry muffin for breakfast - limiting myself to one a day. The day-old-bread rack at Kroger is one of my weaknesses - cheap pastries, wahoo! I had a box of cherry bites yesterday - fortunately it was a small one and that's the only other pastry I got. Trying to consume a handful of nuts everyday, supposedly a marker for people who live longer.
I'm through with dumbbells for the day - in the middle of the first week of the second month; on to Pilates. Most of the exercises are relatively easy to follow. The reverse crunch makes me nervous because that involves lifting a dumbbell over my head while lying on the mat - not interested in dropping one of those on my head,:->, so I decided to lift two on the side rather than one directly overhead.
Happy Fourth of July, everyone. Sunset in about an hour-and-a-half. The 'splosions should commence around then.

I didn't anything today from the day-old rack at Kroger. It helped that they didn't have anything that great.
