Unexpected result. Usually, if I lose weight during the week, I reward myself with something good but unhealthy. So today pizza, ice cream or chips? 🤩
156.5 lb Lost so far: 52.9 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
