Today I want to the doctor that told me my BMI is 32 so I’m obese. She recommended to set a realistic goal of moving 4 BMI points down and work to maintain myself there.
Hoping this keeps me motivating to go on.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
